Email drakderos@gmail.com or write to Peter Valašik, Obrancov mieru 2005/10, 953 01 Zlaté Moravce, Slovakia. Phone: +421 948 616 012; use email or writing for a durable record.

- feature, date, time and precise problem;
- expected result and a safe error screenshot where useful;
- requested remedy; never send a password or full card details.
Acknowledgement and timing
We acknowledge receipt immediately on a durable medium and state a reasonable remedy period. It normally does not exceed 30 days unless objectively justified by a reason beyond our control. We communicate the outcome in writing.
Non-conforming digital-service rights
For continuous supply, the trader is responsible for faults arising or appearing during the agreed supply period. Remedy must be free, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
- free restoration of conformity;
- a proportionate price reduction where lawful;
- contract termination where statutory conditions are met, including a serious or repeated fault;
- refund of the due amount without undue delay and within the legal deadline.
A rejection is reasoned in writing and identifies relevant alternative dispute-resolution bodies.
Remedy request and ADR
If a consumer remedy request is rejected or unanswered for 30 days, the consumer can use a competent Slovak ADR body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection. Court access remains unaffected.
The discontinued EU ODR platform is not used.
