If you are a consumer and concluded the contract at a distance, you can generally withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after conclusion. Send an unequivocal statement before the period expires.

If you expressly request service during the 14-day withdrawal period, a proportionate amount for service actually supplied may be payable on withdrawal. For a service, the right may end only after full performance with prior express consent and acknowledgement. Online digital content has separate statutory requirements, including consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Merely adding credits or activating a pass does not automatically end the right. Statutory remedies for faulty or missing supply remain unaffected.
14-day withdrawal is different from stopping a normal renewal. You can stop future renewal at any time through the billing portal in Settings; access continues until the paid period ends.
