Withdraw from the contract

If you are a consumer and concluded the contract at a distance, you can generally withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after conclusion. Send an unequivocal statement before the period expires.

Use this online function or email the same information. We will send a durable email confirmation containing the submission, date and time.

If you expressly requested the service to start during the 14-day period and then withdraw, a proportionate amount may be due for the service supplied before withdrawal. Statutory rights for a non-conforming digital service remain unaffected.

14-day withdrawal is different from stopping a normal renewal. You can stop future renewal at any time through the billing portal in Settings; access continues until the paid period ends.
