EMSYO offers one Premium subscription. €14.99/month and €149/year are final prices including any applicable EMSYO taxes and fees; the final order summary appears before payment.

Both intervals unlock the same features. The yearly plan changes only price and billing frequency.
Contract formation and automatic renewal
Selecting a plan is not yet a payment. You can review and correct details in Stripe Checkout. The contract is concluded after you confirm the order with an obligation to pay and payment succeeds. It renews automatically at the chosen interval until you stop renewal.
Before payment we show the plan, interval, price, features, main limits and contractual documents.
Manage or stop renewal
You can manage or stop renewal through the billing portal in Settings. Paid access normally continues until the period ends. This does not restrict statutory repair, refund, reduction or withdrawal rights where their conditions are met.
EMSYO currently offers no free trial and no free AI questions.
Main usage limits
Limits protect the service from abuse and disproportionate infrastructure cost.
- Conversation: 600 turns/day; camera/vision: 300 inputs/day.
- Deep research: 1/day; standalone document analysis: 8/day; chat attachments: 10 analyses/day.
- LIVE voice: 4 sessions/day, maximum 5 minutes each; interpreter: 4 sessions/day.
- AI images: 5/day and 30/month; short AI videos: 1/day and 4/month.
- Paid voice output: protective limit of 20,000 characters/day.
Price or term changes
Changes do not apply retrospectively; material changes for a future period are communicated in advance.
14-day withdrawal
A consumer may have a 14-day withdrawal right. If immediate performance was expressly requested, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be due on withdrawal. Online withdrawal function.
Payment data
Stripe processes card payment in EUR and the billing portal. EMSYO does not receive the full card number; your issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fee.
