1. Trader and contact

2. Free account and paid features

Registration enters Free immediately. All features remain visible, but an action with a variable external cost does not run without paid access and instead opens pricing. Free includes the account, settings, help/legal information, local camera preview/flip and presence, coordinates, tuner, approximate noise meter and local voice recording/download. It includes no AI, external search or new cloud upload.

The live interpreter is an active paid action. Starting it reserves exactly 35 credits for one server-bounded session of up to five minutes. Once the provider session has been created successfully, the full 35-credit block is settled even if you stop earlier; a failure definitely before provider dispatch releases the reservation. LIVE voice is an active paid action. Starting it reserves 10 credits for one server-bounded session of up to five minutes. Once the connection has been created, the full 10-credit block is settled even if you stop earlier; a failure before provider dispatch releases the reservation. With enough credits, you can start another session without a daily product cap. Recorded-audio transcription remains a separate available paid action.

Paid access comes from Standard, Plus or Max, a one-time 1- or 7-day pass, or sufficient purchased credits. Exact prices, duration, credit balances, action costs, technical limits and storage quotas form part of the contract and appear in the current offer table and Billing Terms. EMSYO makes no unlimited-use promise.

AR companions, games and stories

Bim’s prepared jokes, Bim’s tavern, Roast me and Treasure quest always include text and full prepared voice for 0 credits, including the first recording. This includes Free. Guests have jokes, the tavern, quests and roast levels 1–3 without using voice trials. Level 4 contains strong swearing and is free after signing in to a registered account and acknowledging 18+ and the warning; its voice is not shared in Shared AR. Try AR without registration. Bim’s tavern, jokes and roast levels 1–3, prepared Kiki activities, Vexo quizzes and logic puzzles, joke text and direct scene controls have no two-attempt limit. Guests get two free attempts each for AR AI chat/scene creation/shared reactions (one shared pair), camera analysis, microphone transcription, speech output and each of Vexo's two AI guessing modes. AR attempts are separate from the main chat, bound to the anonymous identity and browser identifier, and subject to shared daily trial capacity. Other new voice previews are up to 200 characters and recordings up to 20 seconds. Guest progress may become inaccessible after losing the session or clearing browser data; it is not a guaranteed backup across devices.

For other content, saved recordings play for 0 credits. New audio is generated with sound enabled or when you press Play at the displayed price. Only missing parts are charged; microphone transcription is billed separately at the listed rate. Prepared game and story text is free. For other content, each new audio part and speaker rounds separately. Playback shows the voice price; when the lookup is unavailable, it shows the maximum. Recordings of Bim jokes and three game modes, Kiki activities and Vexo quizzes and logic riddles are stored on the server and reused across users for the same text, language and voice. Even saved roast level 4 audio requires a registered account with 18+ and warning acknowledgement; this content is not sent to Shared AR. Ordinary AI conversation is excluded from this shared collection. Other guest voice previews follow the trial rules. New audio rate for other content: 3 cr. / started 200 new characters.

Bim offers Bim’s tavern, Roast me and Tell a joke with category selection. Games save progress, support pausing and offer another activity after completion. Roasts have four intensity levels that you request. Level four contains strong swearing and requires a registered account plus 18+ and warning acknowledgement; text and full prepared voice are free. This mode is private and its voice is not shared in Shared AR. A family variant applies with Kiki, and level 4 plus adult joke categories are blocked.

Bim's roast: level 4, 18+

Strong language warning: level four contains very coarse swearing, insulting forms of address and harsh tavern humour. It is a voluntary, prepared comedy roast that you request about yourself, not a factual assessment of you. EMSYO makes this mode available only to signed-in users with a registered account who declare that they are at least 18 and separately acknowledge the warning and request this type of humour. It is unavailable to guests. A user's declaration is not identity-document age verification.

Text and full prepared voice cost 0 credits, including for Free accounts that meet these conditions. Level four is blocked when Kiki is present and its voice is not sent to other Shared AR participants. This mode is for private use; consider children and other people nearby when playing audio. You can stop a roast, choose a milder level or disable 18+ access in the roast controls.

Do not use the mode to harass, threaten or damage another person's reputation. Acknowledging the warning does not waive personality rights, consumer rights or other statutory rights. Report unsuitable content using the contact email in these terms. The catalogue may grow; no specific monthly number of new roasts is guaranteed.

Shared AR and multiplayer

Shared AR offers private rooms with invite codes, approval by every participant, and separate consent for characters, their audio and games. Play a quiz, logic puzzles or a guessing game where a player chooses the secret word. Align characters between phones using the same two floor points; alignment is approximate and must be repeated after tracking is lost.

Joining a room, prepared quizzes and logic puzzles, guessing between players and listening to shared character audio cost 0 credits, including Free and guests. Your own AI requests, microphone transcription and paid voice creation keep their normal prices; listeners do not pay for another synthesis. Bim's prepared content remains free.

Rooms have no fixed player seat limit. A phone displays up to 12 other people's characters at once; availability and smoothness depend on the device and connection. Nearby room discovery is optional and uses approximate location. Invite codes work without location.

Sharing is voluntary. Every active participant approves a new participant and any expansion of their permissions. You can disable permissions or leave the room. This takes effect on your device immediately; other devices learn of it on the next successful synchronization. Sharing becomes unavailable during connection failures. Closing AR or moving the app to the background ends participation and requires joining again. When using Kiki, an adult decides about sharing and fellow players. Shared speech can contain a reply to your private input; turn off audio sharing before a personal conversation.

AR places virtual Emsyo, Bim the dwarf, Vexo the alien and Kiki the ninja squirrel in the camera view. They have synthetic voices, animations and can respond to one another. Vexo offers knowledge quizzes, logic puzzles and both roles in a guessing game. Kiki offers stories, branching adventures, riddles and games for ages 4–6 and 7–9. The catalogue may grow; no fixed number of additions or uninterrupted availability of a particular story is promised. Statutory remedies and requirements for changes to a digital service remain unaffected.

Reading and using prepared Kiki activities and Vexo quizzes and logic puzzles uses no AI credits. Bim’s prepared jokes and three game modes including full prepared voice are free for Free users too. Guests can use the tavern, quests and roast levels 1–3; free level four requires a registered account plus 18+ and warning acknowledgement. New spoken output for other content, microphone transcription, AI guessing turns and ordinary AI conversation are billed separately at the published prices. Stories advance in parts; longer speech may be generated and billed in segments. Continuing needs enough credits, connectivity and provider availability. Vexo's maximum of 20 questions is a rule for each guessing round, not a daily usage allowance.

Kiki is for a child to use together with a parent or legal guardian who controls the account, permissions and paid actions. It is not a separate child account, childcare or a guarantee that AI never produces unsuitable content. Family conversation instructions apply when Kiki is present; an adult should also supervise shared character dialogue. Do not submit a child's name, address, school, health details or other unnecessary personal information through text or voice.

AR requires a compatible device, camera permission and suitable lighting. Anchoring and mouth animation are approximate; lost tracking may require placement again. Virtual objects do not establish that a space is safe. Stay away from traffic, stairs and obstacles. Scene commands modify supported virtual objects and simplified assemblies of shapes; they do not offer unrestricted creation of arbitrary realistic 3D models or change your physical surroundings.

3. Subscriptions, passes and credits

Included credits are used before purchased credits. Monthly credits do not roll over and pass credits end with the pass. An action does not start if the full cost cannot be covered.

4. Credit reservation and consumption

Credits are reserved before a paid provider call. Once a request is sent to the provider, the relevant credit or fixed window is consumed even if the provider does not finish the response. If rejected before sending—for example missing input or an unconfigured service—the reservation is released. Estimated reservations are reconciled to the actual billable use after completion.

AI text costs 1 credit per request, vision analysis 3 credits, voice output 3 credits per started 200 characters, web search 2 credits, places or route calculation 8 credits, deep research 20 credits and music recognition 2 credits per request.

The live interpreter costs 35 credits for one session of up to five minutes. Credits are reserved before the session starts, taken from included credits first and purchased credits afterwards; once the provider session exists the block is consumed even if stopped early. Owner and complimentary accounts create a settled reservation with no balance or ledger deduction. LIVE voice costs 10 credits for one session of up to five minutes. The block is reserved before start and consumed once the provider connection exists, even if stopped early; failure before provider dispatch releases it. Recorded-audio transcription is 1 credit per started minute and recorder text translation is 2 per request up to 4,096 source characters.

Each document costs 20 credits, is limited to 4 MiB and at most two are accepted per request. An image attachment is vision at 3 credits. Generated images cost 11 credits and an AI image edit/composite costs 20. A 4 / 8 / 12-second 720p AI video costs 50 / 100 / 150 credits.

5. Credit usage and cloud storage

Each camera or image analysis costs 3 credits. With enough credits you can continue without a daily analysis cap; a burst of requests may require a brief pause.

Paid actions require enough credits for the complete action and have no additional daily product cap. This applies to subscriptions, passes and purchased credits. A technical safeguard allows at most 60 new paid operations within a rolling 60-second window; if reached, wait briefly before trying again. Individual request limits, session duration and provider availability still apply. Free-trial and cloud-storage rules remain unchanged.

Free permits 0 new cloud uploads. Standard and pass have a 1 GiB quota, Plus 5 GiB and Max 15 GiB only while paid access is active. The latest credit-pack purchase permits 1 GiB of new uploads for 30 days from purchase and only while at least 1 purchased credit remains; purchased credits themselves do not expire while the account exists. If an already-started paid action consumes the final purchased credit, only its exact preauthorized result may still be saved and only by its deadline.

When upload access ends, existing owned files are read, download and delete only for exactly 30 days; new uploads are blocked. Buying eligible paid access before the deadline postpones deletion according to the new access. Afterwards files are scheduled for permanent deletion, and EMSYO does not promise indefinite retention.

The browser never receives a direct Storage link. EMSYO proxies media through a random token valid for five minutes, and every GET or single Range request counts the full object size. Daily caps are Standard, pass and credit access 200 MiB and 50 requests, Plus 512 MiB and 150, Max 1 GiB and 300. File-count caps are 500/2,500/7,500. Access fails closed; owned-file deletion remains available.

6. Contract formation

  1. Select the exact offer and review price and scope.
  2. Accept the terms/privacy notice and any immediate-supply request.
  3. Review and correct payment details in Stripe.
  4. The contract forms after an order with an obligation to pay and successful payment; confirmation is supplied electronically.

Slovak is the contract language in the Slovak setting and English in other settings. Translated purchase summaries aid understanding. The specific order summary and recorded document version control.

7. Renewal, change and cancellation

Subscriptions are paid in advance and renew until stopped. A plan or interval change is scheduled for the end of the already-paid period, with no extra interim charge. Settings shows the current and target plan, balances and effective timing and lets users stop or resume renewal. Stopping prevents future charges; access normally lasts to the paid period end.

8. Withdrawal and immediate supply

If you expressly request service during the 14-day withdrawal period, a proportionate amount for service actually supplied may be payable on withdrawal. For a service, the right may end only after full performance with prior express consent and acknowledgement. Online digital content has separate statutory requirements, including consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Merely adding credits or activating a pass does not automatically end the right. 9. AI and external services

EMSYO is AI, not a human. Output can be wrong, incomplete or outdated and is not professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Verify important decisions. Functions depend on providers such as Stripe, OpenAI and ElevenLabs, device permissions, country and availability.

10. Acceptable use

Illegal use, bypassing credits/limits, automated depletion, security interference, violation of others' rights and inputs without authority are prohibited. We may proportionately restrict an action or account for immediate risk; statutory consumer rights remain.

My World (optional personalization)

Enter only truthful and necessary data into My World. You must not store passwords, PINs and one-time codes, payment data, access codes, government identifiers or special categories of data (e.g. health, biometrics, religion, political opinions, sex life, criminal offences). Data about other people, including children, may be stored only where necessary and only if you are entitled to do so. My World is not an encrypted vault or a secret store. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Faults, complaints and liability

Statutory rights to repair, reduction, termination or refund for faulty or missing supply remain. See Complaints. Liability is not excluded where law does not permit exclusion.

12. Account, data and service end

Protect credentials and provide accurate information. See the Privacy Notice. An active subscription must first be stopped and reach paid period end before account deletion. Account deletion is irreversible: content, files and unused credits are removed without a cash settlement, except for rights granted by law. A minimal pseudonymous account identifier, erasure time and limited payment/accounting records may remain to stop a delayed payment recreating access or credits and to complete cancellation, refund or statutory settlement; they do not restore erased content. Payment, accounting and tax records may be retained for the necessary statutory period. Material service changes or closure are notified in advance where reasonably possible and legally required.

13. Singael Studio — coming soon — and the music service

Singael is an AI virtual character and synthetic voice, not a real performer. Songs are created through an external music service that we make available only as part of EMSYO. Song creation follows rules at least as restrictive as that music service's terms, and its provider may enforce them against you directly as a third-party beneficiary; you also agree that we may pass your brief and lyrics to the provider for processing and song creation. You may not resell the service, make it available to third parties as your own service, or build a public or licensable music catalogue from the outputs. Briefs must not contain names of real artists, songwriters, bands, labels or publishers, titles of existing songs or albums, or lyrics of an existing song, and must not imitate an identifiable recording artist. You are responsible for the rights to lyrics, reference material and names you provide, and for lawful use of the outputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity or copyright protection of an output; commercial use depends on your plan and the provider's terms.
