1. Trader and contact

2. Service
EMSYO is a paid AI-powered digital service providing voice/text conversation, optional live voice, camera understanding, translation and interpreting, current web search and deep research, document analysis, weather, places and routes, generated or edited images, short AI videos and private organisation features, including calendar, tasks and lists. It can prepare a phone hand-off preview which opens only after user confirmation. SmartThings is coming soon and will be released only after the commercial integration and security review are complete; it is not currently part of the service or paid scope. 3. Account and eligibility
Paid AI features require an account and active subscription. Provide accurate details and secure your credentials. You may purchase only if legally able to contract; a guardian must act or consent for a minor where applicable. EMSYO currently has no free trial and no free AI questions.
4. Contract steps
- Select monthly or yearly billing; both include the same features.
- Review price, interval, renewal, main limits and contract documents.
- Accept the contract information and, optionally, request immediate performance.
- Review and correct payment/billing details in Stripe Checkout.
- The contract is concluded when you submit the order using a control clearly stating the payment obligation and payment succeeds. Electronic confirmation follows.
You can save or print these public Terms. The contract language is Slovak in the Slovak setting and English in every other setting. Czech, German and Spanish purchase summaries are informational translations. The order summary and confirmation control for that order. EMSYO follows no separate voluntary code of conduct.
5. Price, payment and renewal
Monthly billing is €14.99/month and yearly billing is €149/year unless the pre-payment order summary displays a lawfully notified new price. Billing is in advance and renews automatically until stopped. Stripe processes payment; EMSYO does not receive the complete card number. Stop future renewal in the billing portal in Settings. Paid access normally continues to period end, without restricting mandatory withdrawal, repair, reduction or refund rights.
6. Consumer withdrawal
A consumer who contracted at a distance can generally withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after conclusion. Before the deadline, use the online withdrawal function, email us or use the model form. The online function immediately sends a durable confirmation with the submission, date and time. If you expressly requested performance during the period and then withdraw, a proportionate amount may be due for service supplied before withdrawal. Other amounts are returned by the lawful method/deadline, normally using the original payment method.
7. Digital-service conformity and complaints
EMSYO is responsible for contractual and statutory conformity during continuous supply, including required updates. Notify a fault at drakderos@gmail.com with the account, feature, time and problem; never send a password or unnecessary sensitive data. We confirm receipt and provide a reasonable remedy period.
You can require conformity free of charge. If impossible or disproportionate, refused, not completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, repeated, or sufficiently serious, you may have a statutory right to a proportionate price reduction or termination. Any due amount is refunded without undue delay and within the statutory deadline. Mandatory rights cannot be excluded.
8. Remedy requests and ADR
Send a complaint or remedy request to drakderos@gmail.com. If rejected or unanswered for 30 days, you can refer it to a competent Slovak ADR body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection. Details are on the EMSYO legal page. Court access remains unaffected.
9. AI transparency and limitations
EMSYO is AI, not human. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable. Information is current only when an appropriate live source succeeds. EMSYO is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service or replacement for qualified review. Independently verify important decisions. See AI Transparency.
10. Main limits and fair use
Premium includes 600 conversation turns and 300 camera inputs/day; deep research 1/day; standalone document analysis 8/day; chat-attachment analysis 10/day; LIVE voice 4 sessions/day at up to 5 minutes each; interpreter 4 sessions/day; AI images 5/day and 30/month; short AI videos 1/day and 4/month; and a protective paid voice-output limit of 20,000 characters/day. Internal tool calls are not separate user turns. Bypassing limits, automated abuse or disproportionate load may be restricted.
11. Camera, microphone, documents, location and recording
These features are optional and require device permission or explicit upload. You must have the right to process content and record people/surroundings. Vision is not for identifying people, biometric or emotion recognition, or sensitive-trait inference. A route is shown inline when Google Routes returns usable data; otherwise EMSYO may provide only a Maps link. Always verify in official navigation.
12. User content and generated media
You remain responsible for prompts and inputs and grant only the limited permission needed to process them for your request. Respect privacy, confidentiality, copyright and other rights. Generated media can invent/distort details and must not be presented as genuine evidence. EMSYO may reject unlawful or provider-prohibited requests.
13. External hand-offs and planned devices
EMSYO can prepare a call, SMS, email or WhatsApp preview, but it sends and opens nothing without user confirmation. After confirmation it opens the relevant app and the user completes sending. Navigation also opens only after a user action. SmartThings is labelled solely as a planned feature and cannot be connected or controlled before launch.
14. Third-party services
EMSYO uses providers for hosting, AI, speech, media, maps, search, weather, payments, analytics and email. Availability/policies can change. Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
15. Acceptable use
Do not use EMSYO unlawfully, to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, identify people from images, bypass security, defraud/harass, fabricate deceptive evidence, control an unauthorised device or automatically drain the service. Access may be reasonably restricted to protect the service, users or comply with law.
16. Availability, updates and changes
External networks/providers cannot be guaranteed continuously. We provide updates required for conformity. A material change beyond conformity needs that negatively affects use will be communicated in advance on a durable medium, with statutory termination rights where applicable.
17. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted, EMSYO is not responsible for decisions based solely on unverified AI output or outage caused by an external network, device or service beyond reasonable control.
18. Account termination and data
You can delete the account in Settings. Account deletion alone may not cancel a payment obligation or resolve a refund, so manage the subscription first. Data is handled under the Privacy Notice and Storage Notice.
19. Governing law
Slovak law governs without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence or EU consumer-jurisdiction rules. If a term is ineffective, the rest remains effective.
